Junior Civil Engineer

Junior / Trainee Setting Out Engineer.

We have an opportunity in Aylesbury for a Junior Engineer working for a well-established, Groundworks contractor who specialise within the residential sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience as our client is prepared to offer extensive training and offer a good run of work. You need to be enthusiastic, prepared to learn and also expect to work long hours from Monday to Friday.

My client is looking to incorporate a junior engineer into their team. They are interested in recently qualified Civil Engineers with at least a degree in Civil engineer (or similar) who are enthusiastic about the Civil sector with the right attitude and strong communication and organizational skills.

You will be required to carry out a wide range of groundworks and infra structure setting out under the supervision of your line manager. As you can see, they are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and a holistic approach will be required.

As this is a trainee / junior role, only minimal previous site experience is required.

Key roles & responsibilities:

* Prepared to work in the Buckinghamshire area

* Strong communication skills

* Ensure all work progresses in compliance with H & S procedures.

* Ideal for recent graduate

* Enthusiastic

* CSCS or SSSTS

* A recognised, relevant qualification

* Within commutable distance of Aylesbury.
