The Projects

My client is in an incredible position, despite all the setbacks the construction industry, and the world has faced of late. With lots of work already secured they have x2 Site Manager roles what will need to be recruited to in the next month or two. I need a Site manager to lead on Internals, but also a Site Manager for Externals.

Package

Salary is likely to be between £55,000 – £65,000 Basic + Car/Car Allowance + Package.

Should I Apply

If you live near Milton Keynes, you will be in a good position for this project and future projects
You will have worked on projects above £10million in value
You will have worked on projects using Reinforced concrete (RC) frame or Steel Frame Construction
You will be reporting to a Project Manager and be familiar with working in this type of set up, teamwork is essential
High levels of quality are demanded from the clients and you will want to meet this challenge
You will be a strategic thinker and proactively manage your packages of work, as well as considering the larger project programme
You will have experience working on Office Blocks, Hotels, Care Homes or Apartment Blocks
You would be joining a settled team, you should be able to demonstrate a consistent career history where you have committed to the culture and goals of the companies you have worked for previously
