Qualified Social Worker | Adults Assessment Team | Buckinghamshire

A Qualified Social Worker is needed to join the Adults Assessment Team on a locum basis.

This is an on going contract at least 3 months long offering £32 per hour.

You will be needed to support 2 home closures. The role will involve undertaking Care Act Assessments/reviews to support moving residents into new accommodation. Experience of completing assessments and undertaking support plan reviews is essential.

To be considered you must have at least 2 years post qualified experience as a Social Worker including recent and/or significant experience in a similar statuary service, ensuring that you have good knowledge of all relevant legislation. You must also have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work degree / Diploma in Social Work)

Along with the above experience, interested candidates should have and an up to date SWE registration.
