An upcoming Town Planning consultancy are seeking a dedicated Town Planner to join their team based in the Buckinghamshire area. This consultancy offer planning services for a wide variety of clients within the residential and commercial sectors.

As Town Planner you will be a part of an experience team and be involved in all aspect of projects including liaising directly with clients and delivering planning advice and consultation. You will be working on small scale residential, change of use schemes, green belt development and urban extension projects.

Town Planner Position Overview

Working successfully within a dedicated team
Offering planning advice and consultation
Managing workload and meeting set deadlines
Involved in client meetings and site visits
Managing and obtaining supporting documents
Involved in delivering planning advice and consultation

Town Planner Position Requirements

Qualified with a degree in relevant subject
RTPI accreditation or working towards Chartership
Minimum 2 years experience in the industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Full license and own transport
