Our client, a dynamic and highly successful technology services company, with an international client base, is seeking a Project Administrator to fulfil an exciting and varied role in an expanding, ambitious and driven company.
In return you will receive a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package, including contributory company pension, cycle to work scheme, flexible working allowance, annual bonus scheme and full support and training.

As a Project Administrator, your duties will include:
Preparation and submission of application files to authorities
Tracking and updating project status, solving problems
Undertaking research projects to assist with answering customer enquiries or further expanding our scope
Taking full ownership of our solution in your assigned countries including relationship management, vendor performance assessment, pricing negotiation and service improvements
Assisting the Office Manager and Office Administrator with day to day admin tasks, such, as:
Arranging translations
Providing administrative support to the UK and China teams
Responsible for all shipping requests from the team, including samples, applications, and documents.
Supporting the project team in preparation of application files for submission to government authorities
General office duties (answering phone, preparing, and posting letters, sending faxes, filing etc.)
Responsible for the cleanliness of the office and common areas
Skills and Experience
Have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Have excellent command of English (both written and spoken). An additional language beyond English advantageous (Mandarin, German, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French) but not essential
Be able to produce neat, high quality work with excellent attention to detail
Be flexible and proactive, with the ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
Be able to work in a fast and efficient manner
Be a fast an efficient computer user, with solid experience with MS Office
Be able to work under own initiative
Multi-task oriented.
