Application Support Analyst
A UK supplier of healthcare software requires an Application Support Analyst with first line and second line support experience to work as part of their operations team.
You will assist senior members of the team and provide support of the company's core software products across all customers. You will be the first point of contact for all IT issues that come via the helpdesk system and general telephone queries.
Application Support Analyst – Main responsibilities
* Providing first and second line support for all customer deployed software applications
* Diagnosing, investigating and resolving service desk calls as first point of contact
* Liasing with third party suppliers to resolve issues
* Maintaining the documentation library and carrying out audits, reporting and monitoring
* Maintain relationships with with key business departments and personnel in customer organisations
Application Support Analyst – Requirements
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with end users over the phone
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritise work
* Keen to resolve hardware and software issues and document processes as and when required
* Ideally, experience of Bespoke Software Solutions, SQL, ITL, Agile and ISO 27001
