Kent Blaxill are one of the largest and oldest independent Builders’ Merchants in the east of England with fifteen diverse sites. We are able to meet the needs of the professional builder and decorator, and those of our private customers.

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to take responsibility for achieving substantial profitable sales growth within the paint market. Through building relationships with suppliers and managing product ranges.

You’ll monitor and maintain store standards, customer service and sales development at branch level, whilst manager customer events and promotions.

So, if you have previous experience of a similar role, with paint industry knowledge; dealing with customers and closing sales, and excellent commercial awareness, then we want to hear from you! You’ll also have a high level of personal presentation, good communication skills and the ability to manage the showroom administration to meet company standards and agreed deadlines.
