Our client is a civil engineering subcontractor and they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in Buckinghamshire.

The ideal candidate would have civils groundworks experience working residential groundworks projects.

You will be responsible for contractual administration of project subcontractors, project management, procurement and negotiations, liaising with clients and supply chain and supporting members of the team.

Requirements:

– Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

– Previous experience on groundworks residential

– Good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts

– Managing projects up to £25m
