Fantastic opportunity to join a busy and successful organisation based in High Wycombe (free parking).

This is a brand new hyprid role that's come about due to growth. It will be around 70% customer support and 30% PA support to the MD to start with and will probably move to be around 50/50 in the near future. We are looking for an exceptional administrator, able to multitask with a positive and bubbly personablity.

The ideal candidate will be organised, bright, discreet as they will be dealing with confidential information, extremely flexible with a helpful approach with excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Hours are either 8.30-5.00 or 9.00 till 5.30.

Duties will include
– Providing PA support to the MD such as monitoring and filtering emails
– Answering his calls and taking messages
– Booking flights, taxis and hotels for home and abroad
– Managing the administration for a client account on the customer service side
– Taking orders
– Putting reports together
– Generally assisting the customer service team during busy times

Skills/Experience
– Bags of intiative, with the ability to pick things up quickly
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
– Confident with excellente interpersonal skills and communication skills
– SAP would be an advantage

Salary is up to £29k dep on experience
