Outstanding Career opportunity for a UK Sales Director, Joining a Global Design and Manufacture of RF and Microelectronics high performance systems.

As the UK Sales Director for RF and Microelectronics you will be UK, Home / Field based with direct responsibility for delivering sales and growing market share for the UK business unit focused on the North America market. The role will be directly accountable to deliver sales in accordance with the operational and strategic objectives of the company. Furthermore, the role shall identify and develop new revenue streams for the company's RF Microwave and Microelectronics UK capabilities.

You will, In conjunction with the Leadership team contribute in the formulation of the sales 'bookings' budget, identify potential new customers, programmes, products and markets, Identify and advise the Senior Management of all new market opportunities, technologies, potential products and services. You will be expected to identify and present to the new business opportunities that may require investment in either manufacturing technology/process and/or new product development.

Critical to the success of the role The UK Sales Director for RF and Microelectronics will be qualified to HND / Degree level or equivalent in Electronics, extensive and proven track record in Field Sales, in depth knowledge in the supply of electronic components and high reliability electronics manufacturing. Knowledge and established contacts in various electronics markets including RF & Microwave, Space, Defence, Commercial Aerospace, and Oil & Gas.

The role will require a considerable amount of travel domestically and internationally.
