As part of an Outstanding school, the new Subject Leader will enjoy the freedom to
develop the vision and direction of the department, with the strong support of an
experienced department and Leadership Team.

The Head of Computer Science and IT must:
*Hold QTS Status and a degree
*Have previous teaching experience
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
