Looking for a highly experienced Nurse qualified registered manager to take over a modern and refurbished 50 bedded home that is fully compliant and Good CQC rated home. This position is for a very high calibre candidate whom has many years’ experience as a Nursing home manager, who also is capable of achieving KPIs as this company offers a bonus of up to £5000 per quarter depending on targets that have been achieved.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

Conducting daily handover meetings

Managing work teams and nurses

Enforcing health and safety regulations

Hiring staff

Assessing patient care systems

Ordering supplies and equipment for the home

Orientating staff

Meeting with patient families and friends

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

Multiple years of managerial nursing home experience required

Nurse qualified essential
