Employment Solicitor

Buckinghamshire

£40,000 – £55,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a reputable, long established firm of Solicitors based in Buckinghamshire. This is a standalone role with the support of one of the firms’ Partners and so the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualified experience.

You will be proficient in managing a full caseload of Employment matters, with relevant supervision where required, to include:

* Providing advice to clients on a variety of employment law issues

* Drafting documents such as contracts, policies, settlement agreements, handbooks etc

* Conduct prehearing reviews

* Take and draft witness statements

* Represent clients at Employment Tribunals4

* Deliver employment seminars

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years+ post qualified experience. You will have excellent client care skills, concise and clear document drafting skills and be a highly effective communicator.
