I am working on behalf of a fantastic nursery setting for children between the ages of 3 weeks to 5 years old to recruit for an experienced Room Leader. The role is based near Milton Keynes
My client is an established provider within the sector with a fantastic reputation for providing children with a positive and safe environment as they continue to grow. As a Room Leader you will be working alongside the management team to lead the nursery and give a great representation of the company to the parent of the children within your room
The role includes:
* Leading a team of nursery nurses in providing day to day care to children
* Structuring the room to provide meaningful and fun methods of play and learning
* Giving feedback to staff team and working with them on their personal development
* Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
* Building bonds with the children in the nursery
* Recording children’s activity throughout the day and reporting back on development
* Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
* Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care

Could this be you?
* 2 Years’ Experience working within an Early Years setting (Essential)
* Level 3 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce (Essential)
* Full driving license with access to own transport (Desirable)
