A leading residential developer are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a successful 80 plot scheme in the Aylesbury area. This business has a key focus on quality and customer care, requiring a business-like approach.

The project consists of traditional build 3, 4 and 5 bed properties. The site is live and very well set up so no legacy issues. The completion of the project is June 2022 so has good longevity. You will be working under a Senior Site Manager and take control of key aspects of the site.

This role is perfect for someone who is maybe a couple of years into their construction career and have found themselves not progressing in the current market. This company offer a career so you will get plenty of development.

Due to the company’s growth plans and the growth of this division, opportunities to progress will be available in the future.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

* Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a Developer or Contractor

* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS

* Knowledge or al areas of the build programme but ideally a strength in a certain area, maybe groundworks or internals.

It is desirable to have;

* HNC/Degree related to construction
