This is an exciting opportunity to take control of activities within an agile test team. You will be responsible for creating a more structured approach to automated testing by creating new processes and procedures for NHS software.
Responsibilities:
• Leading, coaching and mentoring members of the team
• Agile QA
• Integration testing
• Regression testing
• Automated testing
• Technical testing,
• Performance testing,
• Stress/Load testing,
• Security testing
• Creating new processes
Requirements:
• Experience leading a test team.
• Experience of diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
• Experience in creating new processes/ procedures from scratch.
• Experience in testing (automated and manual)
• Experience with healthcare systems (desirable)
• ISEB/ISTQB qualification
