Finishing Foreman – Permanent – Aylesbury – £45,000+ plus additional benefits

Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman into the team, based around the Aylesbury area.

Duties:

* Snagging & de-snagging properties

* Inspections and finishing of stages from 1st fix, 2nd fix through to completion and handover

* Coordinating sub-contractors and trades.

* Ensuring high quality finishes are on time and on budget

Skills Required:

* You must have experience working for a House Builder/Main Contractor within a similar role.

* NHBC knowledge

* Full Driving License
