Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundworks – Bedfordshire – £400
About the company: This company is a highly regarded and respected privatised specialist sub-contractor within Groundworks & RC Frames that have been established for over 30years. They have a current turnover of close to £120m and take on projects up to £40m.
About the role: My client require a Project Manager to manage a £10m RC Frame/Groundworks package in Bedfordshire. The project has not yet started but you can get involved in the Preconstruction prior to going onto site and delivering the project, You will take responsibility for the project so you must have experience of managing large scale projects.
About the requirements: You must be degree qualified, ideally in civil engineering, and have continually progressed your career from an engineering background, and have managed sites at least to the value of £8m, and be a technically minded and strong PM, able to liaise professionally with clients and represent the best interests of this well respected client.
