My client, a residential developer, are currently in the market for a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to work out of their office.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the costs of a number of residential developments.
The role involves working on multiple residential projects from tender preparation, procurement and negotiation right through to contract completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a UK housebuilder
