XPO Logistics are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join the team working at their new site in Milton Keynes. You’ll be working 40 hours per week, covering an ‘any 5 from 7 day’ shift pattern.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer an hourly rate between £10.83 and £12.08 depending on whether you work a day or night shift. In addition, we offer holiday pay, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

· Picking orders in line with customer demand – lots of repetitive lifting!

· Operate manual handling equipment in line with health and safety practices

· Operate the warehouse management system (WMS) and use the ‘pick by voice’ system

· Contribute towards continuous improvement projects by initiating new ideas

What you need to succeed at XPO:

· Knowledge of warehouse practices, including health and safety

· Ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet changing demands

· Previous experience dealing with manual handing equipment is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided
