SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a business in Milton Keynes who are seeking an Accounts Assistant on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Due to an increase in workload our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Manager with the day to day running of the accounts department.
The suitable Accounts Assistant will be immediately available and have 4+ years' experience. The role offers excellent perks including flexible hours, immediate start, remote working & incentives.
Duties will include:
– Processing daily payments
– Updating funding rates
– Reconciliations
– Prepayments & Accruals
– Assist with Purchase ledger and banking Cash Allocation
– Raising Recharges and Self billing invoices
– Monitor debtors report
– Journal postings
– Maintaining Cashbook
– Group Reporting
– Various reconciliations
– Assist in month‐end reporting Assist with cover for daily tasks
Experience required:
– Strong system & excel skills
– Previous experience within a similar position
– Immediately available
– Proven experience at month end
– Can work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines
