An up-and-coming business are looking for a forward thinking Associate Director to join their growing team in the Milton Keynes area. This role is a new position as part of the company's expansion into a new branch focusing on residential planning.

As Associate Director you will be utilising your extensive experience and knowledge within the industry to deliver projects efficiently and within deadlines. You will be involved in all aspect of the planning process including; planning applications, appeals and land promotion. You will be working closely with clients at a high level and carrying out client and site visits to secure new business and promote the business.

Within the role of Associate Director you will be building a team of more junior planners as the company grows to work with you in the residential sector, imparting you knowledge onto them and offering support as required. In return you will have the opportunity for independent working and to build on your existing experience driving your career forward.

Associate Director Position Overview

Working on projects within the residential sector
Client focused and managing client relationships
Generating new business
Overseeing and supporting more junior team
Involved in all aspects of the planning process

Associate Director Position Requirements

Degree qualified or higher within relevant discipline
MRTPI member or working towards Chartership
Minimum 5 years' experience preferred
Management skills and abilities beneficial
Experience working within private or residential sector ideal but not essential

Salary negotiable depending on experience
