Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Top tier law practice based in the South Buckinghamshire region commutable from the greater London areas, are now seeking to recruit within their Corporate Commercial team.
Our client is seeking to recruit for qualified Solicitors from a minimum of one year's PQE up to Partner level with experience in the Corporate Commercial law sector, to take over an existing caseload. The successful applicants will be handling a broad range cases for high net worth clients to include; commercial contracts, company formations, restructuring, GDPR, shareholders and joint venture agreements, licensing, franchise and distribution agreements.
Candidates should have an excellent background within the Corporate and or Company Commercial law sector, have an aptitude for networking and business development, be personable and able to handle clients in a highly professional manner.
