Our client, a market leading manufacturer of bespoke aluminium bi-folding doors and windows based in High Wycombe, has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join their workforce due to an increase in sales and demand. The successful candidate must be confident, highly driven, adaptable and hardworking.
The role is to manage and oversee all administration for the Commercial sector of the business, focusing purely on the New Build market and iaising with such companies as Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon and Redrow to name a few.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Operations and Sales Director but it is essential they are highly organised and can manage their own work load.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Being the first point of contact to support customers as well as internal staff to efficiency resolve any queries or issues
* Liaising over the phone, email and face to face
* Supporting the existing sales team
* Handling external and internal communication and management systems.
* Processing and chasing all invoices
* Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings
* All general administrative duties.
It is essential that you have worked within the same industry and have a good understanding of windows, doors and glazing products and processes.
