Parker Jones are recruiting on behalf of a midlands based residential developer, who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The role:

As the successful applicant you will be running three schemes, between 80-120 units. across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of these projects, which are all traditional frame spec housing developments.

The company:

Are a growing developer with a portfolio of private and HA residential schemes, they have grown extensively over the last 10 years and have multiple regional offices.

They have extremely low staff turnover with many of the commercial department having been there for a number of years.

They use SAGE accounting software for orders and focus primarily in the above areas mentioned, but have long term projects coming up in North London.

Person specification:

– Previous experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor directly for a house builder is absolutely essential, ideally at least 5 years.

– Experience of running and delivering traditional frame developments from inception to completion is also essential.

Salary:

£65,000 basic salary, along with a £5,000 car allowance (company car is also available), pension, healthcare, and mileage cover.
