International Supply Chain Manager:
Job Overview:
My client is an international lean agile company with rapid expansion plans. The tole will require someone with a strong background in importing/exporting and will be responsible for controlling the order management between the international territories and existing/future suppliers. In addition, international account and digital logistics management experience will also be required, as well as being responsible for developing and managing the existing processes and driving efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
Main Accountabilities:
To ensure that:
* Operational Supply and Demand Management
* International Accounts Management
* Digital Supply Chain Experience
* Predelivery and post-delivery Inventory Management
* All customer orders processed and confirmed to the customers within 72 hours
* Customer order books managed and delivered on a COTIF basis
* All 3rd Party Suppliers are complying with SLA's (Lead-times etc)
* Accurately Calculate product quantities per container
* Returns are managed and logged and dealt with in a timely manner
* Coordinate, review, and management of the inbound supply chain of the third- party courier and warehouse. Monitoring performance and providing guidance with regard to future requirements.
* Ensuring all documentation is collated and update to provide accurate visibility.
* Supporting business requirement for operational functionality
* Process Improvement, review existing processes and assist in the development of new processes.
Any other tasks, duties, and accountabilities appropriate to the job and positions.
