Key responsibilities for this role;
Manage the administration of the company pension schemes
Coordinate the annual renewal processes regarding all company benefits
Update the HR database
Process benefit-related purchase orders/invoices
Lead the commission scheme procedures and administration
Provide support on company compensation elements such as the annual pay reviews, bonuses schemes, recognition schemes, and ad-hoc incentive schemes
Will contribute to and support the Head of Reward in delivery of the reward strategyReward Specialist | HR | Admin | Coordinator | Administration | Pension Schemes | Incentive Schemes | Reward Strategy | MI | Reporting | Analysis | Excel | MS Office | IT Literate

Additional Information
This is a 12-month fixed term contract starting in January 2021. The role is based in our Head Office in Marlow but can work remotely during COVID-19.
Essential Skills
Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely and tailored to the audience
Strong eye for detail and accuracy in data
Ability to understand relationships between data, identify data trends and create effective management information reports
Effective problem-solving skills, dispute resolution, and knowing when to escalate situations
Demonstrated understanding of how recognition and rewards support the employee life cycle and facilitate employee engagement
Advanced Excel skills and company with Word and PowerPoint
Experience in using HR and payroll systems (e.g. Resourcelink Aurora)
Understanding of reward and how it supports delivering key business objectives
Coordinate work and process flows across other administrative and managerial roles
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clientsAbout Company
