Lead Product Manager / Group Product Lead / Product Development Lead / Principle Product Manager / Diretor of Product / VP of Product / Head of Product / Product Management Consultant – E-learning/Digital Learning Software
6 Months Full Time Contract Start ASAP, will either extend or become permanent, they can also consider taking someone on as permanent from the start if they can start with short notice.
Mainly working from home now and future with once a week or two weeks head office meeting in Central London Office.

Our client is a leading e-Learning technology company based in central London, Glasgow, Norway, Germany and Poland:
-Providing cutting edge e-Learning and courses management platform and technologies;
-Working with enterprise clients and has delivered over 15 million training events;
-Growing and expending very quickly with over 250 employees
They are in the process of merging 6 software brands and replatforming their software and looking for a Data Driven lead product manager/product lead to join their growing UK team and to define product strategy and roadmaps and further enhance the value their e-learning software products:
(Main challenges: moving from content delivery products to platform focused to increase value, thinking ahead what's the next generation of digital learning, engaging with clients' stakeholders to add values to business)
-Report to and work closely with their Chief Product Officer to define high level product management strategy and roadmap for EMEA region;
-Indirectly manage 3 product managers;
-Dada driven and improving their reporting, data analytics and reporting products features;
-Working closely with clients, identifying client opportunities and managing their feedback;
-Research and providing knowledge on main competitors on the market and conducting competitor, product performance and price analysis;
-Working closely with technology and development team to improve product development, design and product performance
Requirements:
-At least 8 years+ experience in product management with strong leadership skills;
-Software product development or management background and ideally worked with e-learning or digital learning or education software/EdTech, our client is also interested in e-commerce platform, mobile technology and data analytics/data management/BI software background;
-Strong communication skills and data driven
This position starts with 6 months full time contract and will either extend or become permanent, they also consider taking on someone as permanent from the start. Contract is outside IR35 via limited company and offering £600 to £750 per day depending on experience and background
