Role Overview

You will work on an agreed schedule to decorate, repair, and manage the general maintenance.
You will have experience of carrying out works to a high standard.
You will clean and prepare the areas for which you are responsible, following policies and procedures e.g. health and safety, infection prevention and control etc.
Complete paperwork required within a time schedules set.
Provide general assistance and support with the appearance of the business and ensure all areas are safe and clean.
Monitor and manage all maintenance machinery
Responsible for the general upkeep by painting and decorating as required.
Experience of Fixing, repairing and general upkeep
Reporting problems and troubleshoot.
The Person

Must have experience in a similar position, Handyman, Multiskilled trader, Maintenance.
Facilities maintenance and general upkeep.  
Full Driving License required
Plumbing and Electrical experience and qualifications
Excellent customer service
Be well presented
Positive attitude
Can do attitude
Able to follow company ethos
