The focus of this role is to ensure that all production is maximised and kept within the set criteria. As a production manager you are to manage staff and keep staff moral high.

Responsibilities:

Check stock availability
Plan ordering
Maintain the factory standards
Scheduling of transport and logistics
Schedule staff to maximise productivity
Manage expenditure
Manage KPI's
Hold productions meetings
Maintain good relationships with suppliers
Ensure that all customer deliveries are on time.
Review processes
Collate monthly reports

For this role you will need to be an experienced production manager, you will need to be a strong clear communicator. You will be someone who leads from the front and demonstrates the company values. You will be used to forward thinking and always being one step ahead. You will love to learn and always look at ways for improvement. You must have worked in fast paced environment and be able to multi-task.
