Sieger Aluminium Systems – Saw Operator / Window Fabricator
Sieger Systems, the UK’s fastest growing aluminium systems manufacturer and part of the successful IQ Glass Group, are looking for an experienced saw operator(Emmegi) / Window fabricator (Emmegi CNC) to operate automatic saw equipment to accurately cut material (aluminium stock) to customer specifications, ensuring quality.
Job complexity ranges from simple, highly repetitive tasks to more difficult tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* set up and operate saw, selecting proper feeds and speeds, adjusting as needed,
* inspect the quality of the material during and after the cut
* check identification on all material handled
* maintain a clean and safe work environment and abide by all plant safety regulations and work rules
* perform other duties as assigned
* team player, willing to learn new skills.
* should ideally have experience in Aluminium fabrication
* should be able to read technical drawings
* a knowledge of CNC operation would be a distinct advantage
* must have the right to work in the UK
* must understand high levels of workmanship
* must be able to work under pressure
* must live within 30 mins travel time of HP6 6FT
