About the role:
They are currently seeking a Service Improvement Coordinator to join the team. This is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across customer facing teams. The main purpose of this role is to identify and deliver service improvement activity. Your main responsibilities will include:

Working with key business stakeholders and “LEAN champions” to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change
*
Facilitating improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
*
Establishing requirements and drive change using colleagues interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys etc
*
Supporting the delivery of better value and greater efficiency
What they’re looking for:

Experience of / qualification in service improvement and / or lean principles
*
Experience of analysing data to identify trends and service improvements
*
Experience of implementing new systems and improving processes / performance
*
Knowledge of lean tools, techniques and templates
*
Excellent IT skills
*
An objective and analytical approach
*
Outstanding problem solving skills
