Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a fully qualified Primary Teacher in the Buckinghamshire area to support local schools in the that we work closely with We have a number of vacancies to fill for Teachers who can teach either the KS1 or the KS2 curriculum.

The role will consist of providing engaging learning material to students of varying ages and abilities thus ensuring each student is reaching their full potential and developing self confidence which is vital to their growth.a

Must be able to build effective relationships with difficult children and young people.
Must be an approachable and caring personality with integrity.

Must be able to be a suitable role model to pupils.
Must have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Must have a positive solution focused approach to challenging situations.
Requirements for the vacancies:
Recognised teaching qualification PGCE / QTS (or the equivalent)
Relevant Key Stage teaching experience
High expectations for all students and the determination to help all children succeed
The ability to work effectively in a team of teachers, support staff and outside agencies
DBS on the update service or be willing to get one
Methods to develop and encourage student’s interests and knowledge.
