EV charging market is developing fast as the electrification of fleets gathers pace. Competition is getting tougher both in volume and capability and customer expectations are increasing.
You will lead and manage the commercial sales team to identify and secure new opportunities – focusing on our Workplace, Fleet and Planning sector propositions.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Manage and deliver targets for the commercial sales sales team
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across B2B and seek opportunities for growth
* Review existing sale approach/processes and develop new ones with clear methodology to implement operational changes
* Develop sales team capability for new business acquisition – supported by development frameworks, and annual performance plans/targets
* Work with Head of Sales, Marketing and Growth Strategy teams to deliver Workplace, Fleet, Planning Customer Value Propositions
* Develop/deliver customer acquisition plans/proposals
* Leverage benefits from CRM systems – Salesforce
* Support Head of Bids with tender submissions
* Working closely with our legal team, define and negotiate contracts
* Ensure HSE risks of installations have been considered and mitigated appropriately
* Paying close focus to BP's Code of Conduct, be accountable for delivery of all works submissions to partners
