TLTP are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors in the Buckinghamshire area to start immediately. We are working with Secondary schools that regularly require cover on a day-to-day and short term basis.

We offer competitive hourly rates as well as flexible working days.

To work in Secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor you will need the following;

Classroom based experience, preferably working with Secondary age students
Must have strong behaviour management skills
You should have a good understanding of the UK national curriculum,
It would be beneficial if you had a specialist subject however this is not essential
You must have good time management (If we call you at 7:15am you should have no problem arriving at the school for 8:20am)
Be Flexible, proactive and adaptable

As a Cover Supervisor working with TLTP we can offer you the following;

We pay on an hourly basis; if you work more hours you get paid more!
Flexible working days/hours let us know what days you will be free each week and we can work around you
Our work is local to you! You will never be asked to travel an unreasonable distance in the mornings!
