Site Manager

High value, new build residential projects. Our client offer their Site Manager’s excellent support, allowing them to focus on their targets and delivering a high standard of work without having to worry about logistic/administrative issues.

Specialise in delivering sites ranging between 80 and 750 units from 2 – 5 beds. Due to the size and growth of this company, they are able to offer a clear path of progression and career development.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the role you must;

• Have at least 4 years’ experience as a no1 Site Manager with a major residential developer/contractor
• Have a stable work history
• Be IT competent
• Have a valid SMSTS with the NVQ Level 6 in Site Management, Black CSCS Card

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Milton Keynes and have sites up to 90 minutes’ drive from their office.

Salary

Negotiable: heavily dependent on experience and ability – between £50k and £65k per annum plus package.
