A joint-venture on a major infrastructure project are searching for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team in a permanent basis. 

Please note that due to Covid-19 this position is temporarily on hold but is due to go live any time between October and Christmas.

As a logistics coordinator, you will have a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the project and ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are managed promptly.

Some of your duties will include:

• Plan site set up to ensure materials and plant can be move around site efficiently
• Plan internal and external logistics routes
• Manage lay down and offloading points
• Create a schedule of logistics meetings 
• Understanding procurement arrangements
• Control materials in and out of site
• Record keeping and maintaining KPI's

About you:

• Previous experience as a logistics coordinator on a busy construction site
• Able to commute to and from site when needed
• Strong communication skills
• Good negotiation ability
