An established piling contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis in Aylesbury.

Our client is working on a major infrastructure project, delivering extensive piling associated works for one of the main contractors on the project.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

– Contractual administration of high value project subcontractors;

– Sub-contract management, procurement and negotiation;

– Commercial resolution with Clients of scheme outcomes, including payments;

– Managing projects from award through to final accounts;

– Client and Supply Chain Framework liaison;

Requirements:

– Experience working on civil engineering infrastructure projects, piling would be an advantage

– Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent

– Good knowledge of NEC contracts

– Civil engineering experience
