Composite Production Supervisor
£35k + Benefits

Astute Technical are currently supporting a widely industry recognised tier 1 supplier with a new and exciting opportunity for a Composite Production Supervisor.
As Composite Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:-
Managing and coordinating the Composite manufacturing process
You will oversee process to ensure robust shop floor data collection
Set and ensure enhanced standard operating procedures, manage all material stock and ensure quality products are being produced whilst leading on continuous improvement initiatives.
Too be considered for the role of Composite Production Supervisor, you will demonstrate:-
5 years + in a Supervisory role or similar
Proven track record in managing composites quality and on-time delivery
Experience of LEAN manufacturing techniques as well as their application to the composite manufacturing
