We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for a well known school in Aylesbury, this is being recruited on a permanent basis.

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for leading a dedicated and experienced team of cleaning staff, this role would be suited to somebody with excellent communication, organisation and supervisory experience/skills. A competent IT user, including the use of Office Package (Word, Excel)

The role as Cleaning Supervisor would involve the allocation of work duties & supervising the team of cleaning staff, checking that work is being completed to a high standard and in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures, managing stock and resources and on occasion, assisting with cleaning duties as and when required. There will be further responsibilities when required.

The hours of work would be term time, Monday – Friday with hours being 07:15 – 10:30am & 14:30 – 18:30.

Due to the nature of the role and the setting, the successful candidate will be subject to full reference checks, and enhanced DBS and ID checks
