Room Leader

TimePlan Education are working with a group of nurseries who are recruiting for a Room Leader or Assistant Room Leader to join their nursery in Beaconsfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a Room Leader or aspiring Room Leader to join a growing nursery group that has a real focus on enthusiastically supporting all children to achieve excellence.

This Room Leader role is a open to experienced practitioners or those who are looking to take the next step in their career. The nursery can also consider taking on an Assistant Room Leader for someone who needs some support before becoming a Room Leader.

This is a full-time position with a requirement for 40 hours per week.

There is a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie across the nursery group. The nursery practitioner opportunities on offer are diverse and wide-ranging and there's an ethos that if staff are happy, so will the children be. Salary and benefits:

Salary – £21,000+
The nursery has an extensive training programme in place for all staff and there is also a provision that supports parents so that they are better equipped to support their children at home.
