Estimator

Estimator required for a leading screeding sub-contractor in the Buckinghamshire area. Estimators will need to have a comprehensive background in pricing screeding packages, preferably as an Estimator for a sub-contractor. Estimators will be working closely with the Director of the business. Estimators with experience with dry lining, interiors and other forms of flooring system are also of interest for a discussion.

Estimator – Responsibilities/Skills

* Experience pricing screeding packages

* Worked as an Estimator for a sub-contractor/main contractor

* Ability to work autonomously

* Ability to price using 1st principles

Estimator – Salary & Benefits

* £70,000 – £75,000

* Car allowance (Negotiable)

* Bonus

* Potential to move up to Managing Estimator within the business
