The Opportunity:

As Customer Service Representative, you will be managing incoming and making outgoing calls to a variety of merchants and major contractors in the UK. Your role will be fast paced and will involve many different tasks such as stock inquiries, deliveries, pricing, orders etc.

Your role entails delivering excellent customer service levels at all times whilst working to strict time scales.

The Successful Candidate:

* SAP / Manufacturing experience

* Excellent Telephone Manner

* Able to build and maintain relationships

* Professional and able to think on your feet.
