Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this temporary position of Manual Operative
This is a full time temporary Manual Operative position that could eventually lead to a permanent role:
Reporting to the : Production Manager
Key Responsibilities for the Manual Operative role:
* Manufacturing parts of septic tanks, plant products , separators and any new products introduced
* Laminating Fibre glass reinforced components
* Spraying Fibre glass units
* Mould preparation and repair and assembly to fibre glass components
* Product assembly
* Reading drawings
* Maintenance of equipment and work area
Person Specification for the Manual Operative Role :
* A practical knowledge of assembly techniques
* Spraying Fibre glass an advantage
* Experience working with fibre glass an advantage
* The ability to measure accuratley and document produciton activities
* A mature attitude to work, encompassing health and safety and quality and care
Shift available : 1.30pm – 11.30pm
Days : Monday – Thursday
Transport: Own means of transport needed to get to location as public transport links not available
Pay rate : £11.55 ph – pay can increase with experience
Training given on : Overhead crane, COSH, working at height and manual handling
