Ambience Care is currently recruiting experienced and competent healthcare assistants and support workers for temporary and permanent assignments across the Slough, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Aylesbury and surrounding areas.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assist with the care of client's physical and personal needs, ensuring a high standard of care is achieved
* Assist with basic hygiene needs
* Report service users/residents condition to the team leader/ nurse in charge.
* Maintain service users/residents confidentiality at all times as per the company's Policies and Procedure
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Flexible with working on day or night shifts
* Experienced in working in Nursing Homes, Residential Homes
* Good communication and record keeping skills in English
* Customer focused and able to deliver personalized care
PREFERABLE
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care ( Adult)
