Worldwide Education and Care are currently recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for temporary work within a variety of Nurseries in the Taplow area. This is an ideal position for Nursery Practitioners who are looking for flexible work to fit around their lifestyle.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Contribute to the everyday running of the nursery
·Complete observations and planning for your Key Children
·Help deliver a program of age-appropriate activities designed to stimulate the children
·Adhere to the nursery's safeguarding of children policy
·Report any accidents to the relevant member of staff in the room you are based in
·Work within a team to promote the welfare of the children in your care
·Build positive relationships with parents and the children

Essential Skills:
·Knowledge of the EYFS, the seven areas of learning and any other relevant assessment schemes
·To be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and build positive relationships
·A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Equivalent
·Excellent communication skills
·Friendly, caring and warm nature

Desirable Criteria:
·Recent First Aid Certificate
·Safeguarding and Child Protection training
·Previous experience working with children
·Previous experience working as a Key Person

Due to the nature of this job, it will be necessary for an enhanced criminal record disclosure to be undertaken, together with other safeguarding checks, including obtaining references from previous employers.
