An opportunity has arisen for a senior commercial property solicitor to join a well established business based in Buckinghamshire. The firm have a great reputation and are known for delivering an excellent client service, currently seeking an individual with at least five years post qualification experience.

The team advise on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions, in particular on all aspects of commercial letting including acting for either landlord or tenant, drafting commercial leases, commercial conveyancing, and land acquisition and development agreements.

The role will require you to work closely alongside the partner, where you can expect to deal with general commercial property matters acting on behalf of some high value clients.

The ideal candidate would have great technical ability and some solid experience within commercial property law. You will be able to work independently, as well as being a great team player.
