The Registered General Nurse will be working in a home in Milton Keynes that provides specialist person-centred rehabilitation, care and support to male and female adults. The service also offers intense rehabilitation for patients in the post-acute phase who are ready to step back into the community.
If you were already in this RN job, your responsibilities this week might have included:
● Carrying out general nursing care and support
● Provided intense rehabilitation for patients in the post-acute phase who are ready to step down into the community.
● Keeping accurate records
● Forming significant relationships with residents and their families
To apply, you will need to be a nurse with an RGN, RNLD or RMN nursing qualification and a current PIN. Clinical skills for advanced complex care with a background in HDU, ITU or CCU are desirable but not essential, and it would be an advantage if you had prior nursing home experience, whether in the NHS or the private sector.
