Job Title: Maths and Science Tutor

£15-£20 per hour

South Buckinghamshire

Job Start: ASAP

We are seeking to recruit a tutor of Maths and Physics on behalf of a secondary school in South Buckinghamshire. The school has high aspirations for their pupils and they are looking for a tutor who has the same drive and determination to ensure every child succeeds. The school boasts a fantastic new building and grounds, which are extremely impressive and resourced with the latest technologies and equipment.

You will be required to tutor KS3 and KS4 pupils for 8 hours per week, which can be split over 3 or 4 days. This will be 1:1 tuition to support pupils to make accelerated progress. The tution will need to take place at the school during the school day, so please only apply if you are available at least 3 days per week for 2-3 hours.

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they have an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and be able to use assessment for learning techniques to identify where pupils need to consolidate and when they have mastered a concept and are ready to move on.
