A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Client Liaison / Head of Customer Care on permanent to look after the Client Liaison team in an up and coming and forwarding thinking new build developer.

The ideal candidate must have:

Experience in the same role or can demonstrate have worked towards that position
Experience of working for a housebuilder
An understanding of what the role entails
Experience managing colleagues of all levels
Excellent written and oral communication
